Team Information
Acrobatic Gymnastics Competitive Team
Our Acrobatic Gymnastics Program is a USAG-sanctioned competitive team that allows athletes to work in partnerships and groups performing and competing in challenging routines. This a year-round team consisting of 25+ athletes and an extremely educated coaching staff.

Each routine consists of dance, gymnastics, and partner pyramids/dynamic skills. This program is perfect for athletes with an interest in dance, stunting, and tumbling! It is a unique and exciting option for your child!

This competitive team mainly travels regionally throughout the season. With a few competitions located nationally towards the conclusion of the season. Our team has visited many states over the years; Minnesota, Maryland, Florida, Nevada, California, and many more.
Tryouts for this competitive team are usually held in June or July depending on when the previous season ends. ​
Artistic Gymnastics Competitive Team
Our Artistic Gymnastics Competitive Team is an Xcel Program where the athletes compete individually while contributing to their team score. This team promotes hard work, strength, and confidence whilst having fun.

Our athletes compete on all four Olympic apparatuses. Our coaches develop in collaboration with our athletes routines that will allow them to show off the skills they have learned for each apparatus.
​
This team mainly travels regionally for competitions with some opportunities for national travel determined throughout the season.
​
Tryouts for this team are generally held near the conclusion of the previous season. This can fall anywhere from May - July.
